Ross joined eflow in 2025 to lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI technology across our suite of regulatory products. He combines his work at eflow with his role as Chief Technology Officer at DHI AI, a Melbourne-based firm that specialises in extracting data-led insights that can be used to improve decision-making.
Prior to working at DHI, Ross held a series of senior IT positions at global companies including Ferno and Brightstar. He also has extensive experience in delivering sophisticated technology-led projects in the education sector at both the University of Melbourne and Monash University.
Ross holds a first-class degree in Computer Science and a PhD in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
